Prelude:

For hygiene, shower with the Lavender Peppermint Soap.

Prepare yourself for a magical experience.

Set the Mood:

Turn off phones, turn on your favorite music, light the Lavender Candle and take a deep breath.

Draw your bath. When the tub reaches the desired level, sprinkle two scoops of Relaxing Lavender Sea Salts

into the warm water, inhale.

Close the door for 3-4 minutes; the essential oils will fill the air.

Get a large, fluffy towel to use after your bath. Heat the room to a comfortable temperature.

Let the Ceremony Begin:

When you re-enter the bathroom, inhale and exhale slowly, sit on the side of the tub and begin to massage the
